We built Glowtify because trade business owners spend their days on jobs, not in front of screens. Marketing keeps falling to the bottom of the list until someone else takes the customer.
Why we started Glowtify
Glowtify started in Montreal in 2024. The founding team had spent years working alongside trade business owners: plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, landscapers. Every one of them knew they should be posting, emailing, and staying visible online. Almost none of them were.
The problem was not motivation. It was time. A plumber running a crew of three does not have an hour at the end of the day to write captions and schedule posts. A roofer covering the greater Montreal area is not going to hire a marketing agency for $2,000 a month. The tools that exist were built for someone with a marketing team, not for someone who also answers the phone, quotes jobs, and invoices customers on the same afternoon.
Glowtify is independently funded, based in Montreal, and focused entirely on trade and service businesses in Canada and the United States. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We do one thing: put your marketing on autopilot so you can focus on the work.
The team
A small group in Montreal. We build the product, answer your questions, and take every feature request seriously.
Marc spent years working with local service businesses on software and growth before starting Glowtify. He leads product direction and talks to customers every week.
Chloe built the AI writing engine and the scheduling infrastructure. Her background is in building automation systems for service-oriented businesses. She leads the technical team.
David owns the product roadmap and the onboarding experience. If you have submitted a feature request, David has read it.
How we work
The principles behind every decision we make at Glowtify.
Every feature we build is tested against what actually helps a plumber, electrician, or landscaper. Generic marketing features that do not apply to trades do not ship.
We do not add complexity. Every screen, every setting, and every step should take less time than doing it manually. If using Glowtify feels like work, we have built it wrong.
We are independently funded. That means our decisions are based on what is right for the product and the customer, not on what an investor's quarterly report requires.
